We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used:

• Essential Cookies: Required for security (CSRF protection) and to maintain your booking session, remembering your route and vehicle selections as you proceed. These cannot be switched off, because the booking flow cannot work without them.
• Preference Cookies: We store a small cookie recording your answer to the cookie banner, so you are not asked again on every visit.
• Analytics Cookies: We store a randomly generated identifier on your device for up to 400 days. It contains no name or contact details, but it is not anonymous: it lets us recognise the same device across visits and build a history of the pages you viewed, how long you spent reading them, the images you opened, the links you clicked, and any booking you started or completed. We use it to see which routes, tours and articles people find useful, and to fix what does not work.
• Booking form progress: While you are filling in a booking, we record your progress so we can see where the process is difficult — which step you reached, the route and dates you chose, the vehicle you selected and the price you were quoted, and the details you enter, including your name, e-mail, phone number and flight number. This is kept even if you do not finish the booking. It is never used to contact you about an unfinished booking, and it is only visible to our own staff. If you would rather it were not kept, switch analytics off using the button below — nothing about your visit is recorded at all in that case — or ask us to delete it using the contact details above.

Analytics are on by default, from your first page view, and you can switch them off here at any time. Switching them off stops all of the above: no identifier is stored, no browsing history is recorded, and the booking form is no longer tracked as you fill it in. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser has the same effect and also deletes the identifier.

It is the passenger's responsibility to provide accurate information, including pickup/drop-off locations, contact details, and most importantly, flight numbers for airport transfers. Cool Travel Istanbul LLC is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

• 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-Shows: If the passenger fails to show up at the designated time and location, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
