Luxury and Comfort on the Way to Bursa – An Unforgettable Journey

Our trip to Bursa was honestly one of the most memorable and comfortable travel experiences I’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was the incredible journey in the Mercedes Vito Maybach. From the moment we were picked up, everything felt premium—the seats were unbelievably soft and spacious, with plenty of legroom to fully relax, and the smooth ride made the entire journey feel effortless. As we drove through the stunning Turkish landscapes on the way to Bursa, the large windows gave us amazing views of the mountains and greenery, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere inside the vehicle was calm and luxurious, with ambient lighting and a quiet cabin that allowed us to truly unwind. Bursa itself was beautiful, full of rich history, scenic views, and a peaceful vibe, but having such a high-end, comfortable way to get there made the whole trip feel extra special. The driver was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran perfectly on time, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, this tour wasn’t just about the destination—it was about enjoying every moment of the journey in pure comfort and style, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to explore Bursa in the best way possible.

The Perfect Istanbul Tour for First-Time Visitors

I also booked an Istanbul city tour with Cool Travel Istanbul, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The tour was very well organized, covering all the major landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke excellent English, providing interesting historical insights as well as local tips that made the experience even more engaging. What I appreciated most was the balance of the tour. It was informative without feeling rushed, and we had enough time at each location to explore, take photos, and truly soak in the atmosphere. The transportation provided was comfortable, and everything ran on schedule. The guide’s passion for Istanbul really stood out, making the stories behind each site come alive. It felt less like a typical tourist tour and more like discovering the city with a knowledgeable local. Overall, the Istanbul tour with Cool Travel Istanbul was an excellent experience—well worth it for anyone visiting the city for the first time or even returning travelers who want a deeper understanding of its rich history and culture.

Reliable and Comfortable Istanbul Airport Transfer and Tour Experience

I recently used Cool Travel Istanbul for my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Istanbul, and the experience was smooth and reliable from start to finish. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated given the busy and sometimes hectic nature of Istanbul’s traffic. The driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely, helping me feel at ease right away. The transfer was efficient, and the driver seemed familiar with the best routes, avoiding unnecessary delays. On my return trip to the airport, the service was just as punctual. The driver arrived right on time, assisted with luggage, and ensured I reached the airport with plenty of time to spare. Communication with the company through WhatsApp was also straightforward. Booking was easy, and they provided clear confirmation and instructions ahead of time, which reduced any travel stress. Overall, Cool Travel Istanbul offers a dependable and comfortable airport transfer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to get between the airport and their hotel in Istanbul.

a Perfect Day in Istanbul

We had an amazing day tour of Istanbul with Ali. We saw more than we could have imagined and he was a fantastic guide. We basically asked him to lead the way except for one request I had, which he was happy to accommodate, and he was able to show us a dozen different neighborhoods, overlooks, towers, and sites. It was a whirlwind of a day and he was the perfect guide. Super knowledgeable, funny, and hospitable. We felt safe and taken care of all day and when it was all over we couldn't believe how much we saw and experienced. I highly recommend Ali for anyone visiting Istanbul, you won't be sorry. We don't have a single thing to complain about. The best guide and a very enjoyable person to spend the day with!

Explored the highlights of Istanbul, 8 hour tour with a wonderful private car an driver

We had a amazing day in Istanbul, for us it was the first time in Istanbul. We are from the Netherlands and compared to the Netherlands the size of Istanbul is overwhelming. The driver showed us al lot of the city's cultural highlights. Would highly recommend the driver and also to go on a private trip. No worries or hassle to arrange transport. You can count on him the whole day! And the price is really good, if you arrange the trip yourself using normal taxi's, I believe in the end it's more expensive. Also he is honest! We visited the Galata tower, the Hagia Sophia, the Bleu Mosque, the Grand Bazar and some other nice viewing points along the way. His driving skills excellent! Also his personality, very enthusiastic to show you the nice places, and also answer any questions about it. Like how you should make a proper Turkish coffee. And he also has humor. The car was a luxury equipped Mercedes van, end spotless clean! Free water bottles were provided. En on the long distances we could even watch a netflix movie. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family when they visit Istanbul. Thanks Erdinç we (Jeffrey,Erik) had a amazing day in Istanbul and whit you

Awesome Last Day Tour of Istanbul with Private Driver

On our last day in Istanbul, we got an 8-hour private driver, Ali, to bring us around before our 8 pm flight back home. Ali has a warm, humorous and bubbly personality which left a very memorable experience for us through his interesting sharing about the lovely places in Istanbul. He has a deep familiarity of the places in Istanbul that he gave many good tips and suggestions so that we could plan the route optimally during the limited time and arrive at the airport in time for our flight. During that 8 hours, we managed to squeeze our last-minute shopping at the Spice Bazaar, explored the colourful Balat and Miniaturk, visited the Eyup Sultan and Ortakoy mosques before tucking into Kumpir, the baked potato delicacy. We had a smooth ride to the airport coupled with a special movie screening in the vehicle. Such special touches of great service that you will get with Ali of Cool Travel Istanbul. We will certainly look out for Ali if we are back in Istanbul again.

Our experience with this company

We did 6 tours where we had the most incredible experiences with Ali. He is an incredible guide and chofer that in his beautiful Mercedes van can take you where ever you want . His English is good, sometimes he speaks too fast and was at the beginning difficult to understand, but then you get used to his accent . He is an incredible guide that explains everything you are seeing and walks with you around the places explaining the history . My husband and I went for the 4th time to Istambul , after Paris is our favorite city . Another friend of us had used his services las September and very highly recomended him. We where going to do only 3 tours with him and finish doing 6 day tours . His price is very good and his company and his knowledge is highly recommended . Please don’t doubt for a second to get his services ! Thanks to him we where able to see many places we had never gone to.. At the end you will not only have a marvelous experience but also gain a friend . PS he takes great picture of you and even makes short videos

I am satisfied with the service

Thank you very much, I am satisfied, it is very useful and I recommend it. We used it with my friend and it was very good.

Best transfer ever!

Erdinç was the best driver ever!! He picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel safely in such an amazing car with good music! He made sure we were in the right hotel talking with the recepcionist and only rested when he knew we were at a safe place. Thank you so much for everything!

Thanks for an amazing tour

wow, what an adventure! Our guide was nothing short of amazing, injecting so much fun and laughter into our journey. They really knew their stuff, making each moment more special than the last. It's February now, and we're still talking about it! Huge thanks for making our experience so memorable. If you're planning a trip, you can't go wrong with a guide like ours. Truly made the whole trip a blast. Cheers to more travels like this!

Awesome Transport

Tour to Istanbul with them was a total game-changer! Their crew met us at the airport, handled our bags, and we got to ride in style in a VIP Mercedes Vito to our hotel. Plus, we hit up all the cool spots in Istanbul thanks to their day tours with super knowledgeable English-speaking drivers. They showed us the best of the city's history, shopping, and nightlife. Totally recommend them if you're looking for a chill way to explore Istanbul!

It was a lovely experience in a safe environment and they guided us through proper information about all the tourist points in Istanbul.

10/10

They are very trustworthy people with strong work ethic. We had a lot of fun. I can recommend them with no reservations. Without guidance, I don’t think we could have had this much fun. We were able to do so much in a day.

Ayşe Ö2 years ago

Totally worth the money!

I definitely recommend their services. I was jittery at first as we purchased their services online and did not know what to expect. At night, we landed in SAW as the flight was much cheaper and had to go to our hotel in Sultanahmet. Doing the transfer ourselves would have been very stressful and tiring. Definitely what you don’t want with luggages and a 5 yo. Totally worth the money they charge. The next day, we did the private guided tour with them, as well.

Comfortable tour of Istanbul

Ali is an amazing driver. We took his services to tour Istanbul. He was punctual and started off by asking what all we wanted to visit. He then charted out the order in which we should go there based upon proximity to each other. We first covered Grand Bazar and Spice Bazar, and later on went to Hagya Sofiya area to cover other things over there. During the entire trip, Ali provided us valuable information about Istanbul, and what to do and not do, which was helpful. I would definitely take his services if I ever visit the city again, and would recommend him to others who are looking for airport shuttle or private driver for the day.

Excellent experience - highly recommend Ali!

I recently used Ali for a family trip, and I couldn't have been more impressed with his service. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. I asked him to come for one more day tomorrow. The booking process was incredibly easy and efficient. Mr. Ali provided us an iPhone to use to communicate with him for pickup and drop-off locations coordination. The car itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for me and my family. The family was provided water, coffee, and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Ali. His enthusiastic attention to our needs and commitment to excellent service really sets him apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and comfortable transportation option.

i used ALI service for 1 day city tour from europe to asia side, it was a pleasure to use his service. we went to numerous spots , kucuk ayasofya camill, suleymaniye, walls of constantipole, ortakoy square, camlica hill , camila church. It will not be possible to have visited so many locations using public transport in 1 day. His price is very reasonable. I will not hesistate to use his service again if I am back to istanbul.

The Best Tour Guide in Istanbul

Another great experience with Ali from Cool travel Istanbul. Ali picked us up from the airport and drove us directly to Bursa. He knew I was traveling with my 3 kids and he filled the car with snacks for them! Very thoughtful. He stayed in Bursa and took us for day tour to Ulugdag ( he played with kids in the snow) and second day tour of Bursa. Ali speaks English well and gave us a lot of information on all the places we visited. He is flexible, so kind with the kids and really feels like family! On several occasions we left our kids with him in the car when they got tired while we ran into mosques and tourist attractions! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality always. We will definitely see you again soon!

Amazing, friendly driver turn to friend

Mr Ali is very attentive and thoughtful eventhough we hire him as a driver for our Bursa trip but he still have provide us with an overview of Bursa and tips on other places of interest in Turkey. (example; the alleys of Grand Bazaar, which seasons to travel in different parts of cities in Turkey, etc). A very friendly driver turned friend on this trip. We will be sure to take him when we come to Turkey again in the near future. Inshallah. Thank youuu for the great service & personality! ♥️
