Our trip to Bursa was honestly one of the most memorable and comfortable travel experiences I’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was the incredible journey in the Mercedes Vito Maybach. From the moment we were picked up, everything felt premium—the seats were unbelievably soft and spacious, with plenty of legroom to fully relax, and the smooth ride made the entire journey feel effortless. As we drove through the stunning Turkish landscapes on the way to Bursa, the large windows gave us amazing views of the mountains and greenery, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere inside the vehicle was calm and luxurious, with ambient lighting and a quiet cabin that allowed us to truly unwind. Bursa itself was beautiful, full of rich history, scenic views, and a peaceful vibe, but having such a high-end, comfortable way to get there made the whole trip feel extra special. We had an amazing day tour of Istanbul with Ali. We saw more than we could have imagined and he was a fantastic guide. We basically asked him to lead the way except for one request I had, which he was happy to accommodate, and he was able to show us a dozen different neighborhoods, overlooks, towers, and sites. It was a whirlwind of a day and he was the perfect guide. Super knowledgeable, funny, and hospitable. We engaged Ali’s services for all our airport transfers and private day tours in Istanbul, as we had concerns with taxi scams and safety. We travelled with 2 children below 7 and they really enjoyed the comfortable car rides. The cars provided were spacious, clean and well maintained. We booked Ali for the day to take us to various locations. He was excellent with his recommendations and had historic knowledge of every site. He is a very friendly character, easy to get along with. His Mercedes V class is very spacious, equipt with internet, snacks, drinks & air con. Very comfortable interior. A truly memorable day driving through Istanbul seeing many of the famous sights, beautiful architectures and more. There is just so much history in this magnificent City. Ali was a fantastic driver with great suggestions for our afternoon in Istanbul. Traffic was challenging due to protests and road closures but Ali made sure that we saw the sights we had requested and even dropped us off at an excellent local restaurant. We had a amazing day in Istanbul, for us it was the first time in Istanbul. We are from the Netherlands and compared to the Netherlands the size of Istanbul is overwhelming. The driver showed us al lot of the city's cultural highlights. Would highly recommend the driver and also to go on a private trip. No worries or hassle to arrange transport. You can count on him the whole day! And the price is really good, if you arrange the trip yourself using normal taxi's, I believe in the end it's more expensive. Also he is honest! We visited the Galata tower, the Hagia Sophia, the Bleu Mosque, the Grand Bazar and some other nice viewing points along the way. His driving skills excellent! Also his personality, very enthusiastic to show you the nice places, and also answer any questions about it. Like how you should make a proper Turkish coffee. And he also has humor. The car was a luxury equipped Mercedes van, end spotless clean! Free water bottles were provided. En on the long distances we could even watch a netflix movie. Our driver Ali, was great! He took us to a few extra places that were on our way to the places I had chosen to visit. Our dinner location I had picked had an event going on so we were unable to go but Ali had suggested another restaurant and it was probably better with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. On our last day in Istanbul, we got an 8-hour private driver, Ali, to bring us around before our 8 pm flight back home. Ali has a warm, humorous and bubbly personality which left a very memorable experience for us through his interesting sharing about the lovely places in Istanbul. He has a deep familiarity of the places in Istanbul that he gave many good tips and suggestions so that we could plan the route optimally during the limited time and arrive at the airport in time for our flight. During that 8 hours, we managed to squeeze our last-minute shopping at the Spice Bazaar, explored the colourful Balat and Miniaturk, visited the Eyup Sultan and Ortakoy mosques before tucking into Kumpir, the baked potato delicacy. We had a smooth ride to the airport coupled with a special movie screening in the vehicle. Such special touches of great service that you will get with Ali of Cool Travel Istanbul. Driver and guide very punctual, interested and - very sympathetic. Tour led to the Asian side, Mosque, Baghdad Street, along the Bosphorus back to the European side. Nice stops in the Asian part. Stop at good restaurant. All in all A very nice day tour of 5 h.

We did 6 tours where we had the most incredible experiences with Ali. He is an incredible guide and chofer that in his beautiful Mercedes van can take you where ever you want . His English is good, sometimes he speaks too fast and was at the beginning difficult to understand, but then you get used to his accent . He is an incredible guide that explains everything you are seeing and walks with you around the places explaining the history . My husband and I went for the 4th time to Istambul , after Paris is our favorite city . Another friend of us had used his services las September and very highly recomended him. We where going to do only 3 tours with him and finish doing 6 day tours . His price is very good and his company and his knowledge is highly recommended . Please don’t doubt for a second to get his services ! Thanks to him we where able to see many places we had never gone to.. I definitely recommend their services. I was jittery at first as we purchased their services online and did not know what to expect. At night, we landed in SAW as the flight was much cheaper and had to go to our hotel in Sultanahmet. Doing the transfer ourselves would have been very stressful and tiring. Definitely what you don’t want with luggages and a 5 yo. Totally worth the money they charge. The next day, we did the private guided tour with them, as well.

Ali is an amazing driver. We took his services to tour Istanbul. He was punctual and started off by asking what all we wanted to visit. He then charted out the order in which we should go there based upon proximity to each other. We first covered Grand Bazar and Spice Bazar, and later on went to Hagya Sofiya area to cover other things over there. During the entire trip, Ali provided us valuable information about Istanbul, and what to do and not do, which was helpful. I would definitely take his services if I ever visit the city again, and would recommend him to others who are looking for airport shuttle or private driver for the day.

i used ALI service for 1 day city tour from europe to asia side, it was a pleasure to use his service. we went to numerous spots , kucuk ayasofya camill, suleymaniye, walls of constantipole, ortakoy square, camlica hill , camila church. It will not be possible to have visited so many locations using public transport in 1 day. His price is very reasonable. I will not hesistate to use his service again if I am back to istanbul.

Another great experience with Ali from Cool travel Istanbul. Ali picked us up from the airport and drove us directly to Bursa. He knew I was traveling with my 3 kids and he filled the car with snacks for them! Very thoughtful. He stayed in Bursa and took us for day tour to Ulugdag ( he played with kids in the snow) and second day tour of Bursa. Ali speaks English well and gave us a lot of information on all the places we visited.He is flexible, so kind with the kids and really feels like family! On several occasions we left our kids with him in the car when they got tired while we ran into mosques and tourist attractions! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality always. The experience with Ali was a breeze. We went with our 2 children and also my grandmother he was so attentive and very accommodating. He introduced us to best Doner I’ve tasted in Bursa!
