• Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies or flight cancellations), which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled transfer or tour without prior notification, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Cool Travel Istanbul

• In the unlikely event that Cool Travel Istanbul must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events such as natural disasters), we will:
  • Notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
  • Offer a full refund or reschedule the service at your convenience, subject to availability.
• Cool Travel Istanbul is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to cancellations, such as flight or accommodation expenses, unless directly caused by our negligence.

Modifications to Bookings

• Changes to your booking (e.g., date, time, or destination) can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability. Please contact us to request modifications.
• No additional fees will be charged for modifications unless the change results in a higher service cost (e.g., a longer tour or different vehicle type).

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.
• Any transaction fees (e.g., credit card or bank fees) are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
